Messaging Client Center
The
leading Application Service Provider (ASP), needed a way
to manage clients for their Enterprise Messaging Business
Unit. They provided multiple clients with a variety of applications,
on disparate platforms. Since the ASP industry was new,
no single tool existed to aggregate billing, licensing,
usage tracking, administration and other relevant metrics.
In
response to this need, Digital Rainmaker developed the Enterprise
Messaging Client Center. The first tool of its kind, the
Client Center represented the rapid innovation of the combined
client/DRI team. Not only did DRI develop the tool on budget
and ahead of time; the innovation extended beyond the tool
itself.
Digital
Rainmaker wrote all system documentation for deployment
and installation in accordance with the client's ISO-9001
certification. In addition, DRI wrote both the user manual
for Clients, Administrators, and diagnostic procedures for
help desk personnel.
By
taking a disciplined yet creative approach to software development,
DRI developed a tool quickly and effectively.
